What does the free water test include?

We test the readings that matter for Miami water, including hardness, chlorine and chloramine, total dissolved solids and pH. Then we walk you through the results, explain what each one means for your home, and only recommend a system if there’s a real problem.

Does the test check for lead or PFAS?

Our on-site test does not. Lead, PFAS and other trace contaminants need a certified lab test. We’ll point you to one if you want it.

How long does installation take?

Under-sink RO is usually done the same day. Whole-home systems typically take a half day to a full day, depending on your plumbing. We protect your floors, work clean, and keep your water off as briefly as we can.

What does a system cost?

It depends on your water, your home and the system. After your free test you get one flat written price, and it doesn’t change once we’re inside.

Who does the installation?

Licensed plumbing professionals, managed by our team from your first call to your final water test.

What warranty comes with it?

You get a written workmanship warranty, and the equipment carries its manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll put the exact terms in your quote before you decide.

Will I still need bottled water?

Many households stop buying it. A reverse osmosis tap gives you filtered drinking water at home, and the free test tells you what your water needs.

Do I need a softener on city water?

Miami’s water comes from a limestone aquifer, so it’s typically hard. The test shows how hard yours is, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a softener is worth it for your home.

Is softened water safe to drink?

Softened water adds a small amount of sodium. If that concerns you, a separate reverse osmosis tap for drinking water is a common solution.

What does whole-home filtration remove?

A catalytic carbon filter reduces chlorine and chloramine taste and odor at every tap. It does not soften water. Your test tells us which treatments make sense.

How often do filters need to be changed?

It depends on the system and your water use. We give you a schedule in writing and can handle the changes for you.

What areas do you serve?

Neighborhoods across Miami-Dade County. If you don’t see yours on our locations page, call us and we’ll tell you.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. We can talk with you and write your quote in English or Spanish.
